Therapy & Consultation
In both general psychotherapy and sex therapy, I strive to create a collaborative, warm, open environment in which clients can explore difficult issues with empathy, compassion, and, perhaps, a bit of humor. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to be seen, to learn, and to heal.
Beginning therapy can be difficult; I consider it an honor to walk along side my clients as they deepen their understandings of themselves and the world around them. It is a privilege to participate in my clients' journeys, and I take care to do so in a supportive, thoughtful manner tailored to each person's needs.
I approach consultation similarly to therapy; that is, with warmth, compassion, and, at times, levity. I aim to strengthen others' confidence and deepen their competence when issues of sex and sexuality arise in their work.
